As many of you know, Brett and I have owned the Libertyville location for the last 3 years. Over the past few years, we've made some small changes to put our fingerprints and paw prints on the experience you receive when visiting us to shop, take part in one of our events, or just say hello. On our way to truly making it our own, we are going to be changing the name!

 

We're proud to introduce to you...Twelve Paws Pet Supply!

 

The name is a little tribute to the crazy pack of animals we started this journey with at home and a reminder of why we chose to get into this business. We're here to help you find the best nutritional options for your pets, along with all the toys, treats and supplies you need to have a lifetime of memories with your animals.

 

This change makes us a truly independent, locally owned store allowing us to be more agile and bring more value to you and all of our customers.

 

And speaking of bringing you more value, to get things kicked off in the right direction, we're improving the rewards program! Effective immediately, instead of members earning their $10 reward every 500 points, it is now earned at 350 points. Keep an eye out for more rewards program updates to come!

 

We are very grateful for the opportunity Bentley's provided us and we wish them the best in their next chapter as we embark on ours as well.
