For curbside pickup, please call the store when you arrive at (847) 247-6990. There is parking behind the building and in front of the store on Milwaukee Avenue.

Returns

Returns can be processed in-store.

Items in unopened, original packaging with tags can be returned within 30 days of purchase. Receipt required for proof of purchase.

100% Food Guarantee: If your pet does not eat a food you purchase for any reason, it can be returned within 30 days in original packaging with receipt to be exchanged for a new food or refund. UPC must still be on original packaging.
